Cheri Baum is a New York State licensed massage therapist since 1991, and received her professional training at the Swedish Institute in New York City . 

Cheri participated in an innovative program at Beth Israel Hospital (NYC) for three years, where she practiced medical massage on the patients.

She has expertise in a variety of Swedish techniques, including  therapeutic, medical, deep-tissue and sports massage and trigger point therapy. Whether your goal is to relax or to treat a more serious problem, she will work with you and for you to achieve your goal.

Her methods are designed to target your troubled areas, loosen you up, stimulate circulation and the immune system. Some of Cheri's massage specialties are back, neck and carpel tunnel problems.
